Description Senior Frontend Developer What’s this role about Senior Frontend Developer is a position one step ahead from a Frontend Developer and this person is expected to perform all the tasks a Frontend Developer would do, in addition to that • You should be able to handle more than one project effectively at a time • Must be able to take care of clients interactions solely without any support from leads • Support in making data-driven decision based on analytics to improve user engagement • You should guide the juniors on frameworks • You should be able to estimate the fair timelines for each projects and communicate that to the clients • Should ensure deliverables are on time • Should be able to understand Industry best practices and follow the same in the projects What’s you should be having? * You should at least have 3+ years of frontend experience in a product space or client facing role. * Should have already led a team of 1-2 developers * You must have shipped a couple of products in the past, having core frontend understanding. * Should have HTML / CSS exposure and must to have one of the framework (Angular or React) * Good to have experience of working with cross-functional teams. * Plus to have a CS degree from Tier 1 & 2 Colleges. * Preference will be given for candidates having B2B Experience, coming from a startup or with design or tech agency experience.
