Lab Technician- Full Time at RWJBarnabas Health – West Long Branch, New Jersey

Job Overview:

Perform all of the repetitive high volume tests in clinical laboratory,

Identify direct causes of problems and make simple corrections by using present strategies,

Use and monitor quality control procedures within predetermined parameters,

Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors, Understanding of laboratory protocols, record keeping policies, drawing and process specimens in lab and processing for sending to outside facilities,

Qualifications:
Required:

• Graduation from an accredit School of Clinical Laboratory Services,
• Phlebotomy Certification or training required
