Job Summary

• Supervises, coordinates and provides direct social work services and counseling to residents and families.
• Supervises the Activities department to meet the needs of the residents assuring activity functions are delivered as scheduled and are age appropriate.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Previous health care experience preferred.

Work Schedule

• Day Shifts, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends; 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • On Call 2-3 weeks every 4 months
