You will serve as the central hub of our field operations, owning the installation process from initial scheduling to final quality inspection. This leadership role empowers you to orchestrate multiple moving parts, ensuring our crews are prepared and our customers receive a seamless, high-quality experience every time.

• Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate all installation jobs

  • Assign and manage install crews based on workload and project needs

  • Confirm materials, equipment, and job details prior to installation

• Customer Communication

  • Communicate with customers regarding installation dates, timelines, and expectations

  • Provide updates and maintain a professional, positive customer experience

• Field Oversight & Execution

  • Check in on jobs during and after installation to ensure quality and progress

  • Ensure all work is completed correctly, efficiently, and on schedule

  • Troubleshoot issues and adjust plans as needed to keep jobs on track

• Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation

  • Communicate job status, updates, and any issues back to the office team

  • Ensure smooth workflow between field and office operations

• Proven experience in installation coordination, dispatching, or field operations management.

• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for both technical crews and residential customers.

• Ability to problem-solve and make decisive leadership calls in a fast-paced field environment.

• High level of proficiency with scheduling systems or CRM platforms.

• Previous experience specifically within the HVAC, plumbing, or residential service industries.

• Demonstrated leadership capability with a team-oriented mindset.

• History of managing field personnel and improving operational workflows.
