In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting organic marketing initiatives across multiple channels while ensuring consistency, quality, and momentum in daily operations.
- Support the planning and execution of organic social media content across Facebook and Instagram, including publishing and engagement monitoring.
- Help manage community interaction by responding thoughtfully to comments and identifying relevant online conversations to join.
- Improve and enhance blog content within WordPress (Elementor), including formatting, visuals, and internal linking structure.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining content systems to improve clarity, accessibility, and overall site experience.
- Track ongoing marketing activities, flag priorities, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
- Support coordination across marketing initiatives to ensure visibility into progress and needs.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and provide operational support to the marketing lead as priorities evolve.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on execution and communication.
- Experience managing or supporting organic social media for a business (Facebook and Instagram preferred).
- Familiarity with WordPress, ideally using Elementor for content updates and formatting.
- Experience creating simple visuals using Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Clear written communication skills and attention to detail in content and coordination work.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and basic tracking systems for task and project management.
- Experience with task management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Exposure to using AI tools to improve efficiency, support analysis, or accelerate content-related work.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in an evolving environment.
