  • Monitor and integrate emerging trends in math education, pedagogy, and student identity development into program evolution.
  • Build and lead high-performing design teams, developing leadership capacity and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Communicate design vision, priorities, and outcomes clearly to internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Ensure professional learning initiatives are directly connected to measurable improvements in teaching practice and student achievement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience designing, leading, or overseeing professional learning initiatives for educators and school leaders.
  • Deep expertise in secondary mathematics education (grades 3–12), including math content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, and instructional practice.
  • Strong ability to translate educational research into scalable, multi-year learning designs and systems.
  • Proven experience leading system-level initiatives across multiple schools, districts, or large educational networks.
  • Strong understanding of instructional systems, implementation fidelity, and professional learning design principles.
  • Experience using data (student, teacher, and leader performance data) to inform strategic decisions and program improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, building leadership capacity and driving alignment across complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse audiences.
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive coherence across interconnected educational environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving education or nonprofit environments is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement investment options.
  • Generous paid time off and vacation policy.
  • Opportunity to lead large-scale educational transformation initiatives with measurable student impact.
  • Exposure to system-level education reform across diverse districts and school environments.
