Job Title: Program Advisor - Healthcare
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Road & Loop 101)
Compensation: Dependent on Experience
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: On-Site Monday through Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

About the Role
This is a high-volume, phone-based advisory role for someone who is confident in guiding conversations, building trust quickly, and helping individuals make important decisions. As a Program Advisor, you will work with inbound, pre-qualified patients who have already expressed interest in Envita's programs. Your role is to understand their situation, clearly communicate the value of our approach, and guide them toward the next step in their care journey. This position is ideal for candidates with inside sales, admissions, or consultative phone experience who are comfortable being on the phone most of the day and are motivated by meaningful, outcome-driven conversations.
This is not cold calling. However, it does require confidence, structure, and the ability to influence decisions over the phone.
This is a fully on-site role in Scottsdale, AZ.
Preferred Experience:
- Inside sales, admissions advising, or enrollment roles
- Call center environments with performance expectations
- Recruiting or consultative sales
- High-volume phone roles with conversion or outcome goals
