• Salary range $87,500 to $95,000 base based on experience
• Average caseloads of 6 to 9 learners with protected clinical time
• 25 hour weekly billable expectation
• 2 remote work days per month with opportunities to earn additional flexibility
• Up to $9,000 annual bonus opportunity

• Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
• Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
• Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture

• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing for at least 3 years
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
• QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
