Outdoor Facilities Attendant at Vanderbilt Country Club – Naples, Florida

Vanderbilt Country Club is hiring a full-time Recreation/Facilities Attendant. This role will involve setting up and breaking down bocce courts, maintaining the cleanliness of the main pool and satellite pool areas, and assisting with other duties assigned by the Facilities Team. Duties will include cleaning, moving pool furniture, handling trash, maintaining bathroom cleanliness, and other tasks assigned to provide valuable and visible experience for our members.

The proper candidate should be dependable, able to lift, pull, and push approximately 50 lbs., work with limited supervision, and have excellent communication and hospitality skills. Proper Vanderbilt Country Club shirts will be provided for this position. This hourly position will pay $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience). Most of the work will be outside conditions. You must be able to be flexible with the work schedule, which will include weekends and early evenings. The expected schedule will be Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 10:30 am until 7:00 pm, but could be adjusted as demands change.
