Pt. Jefferson St. - RN or LPN at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Port Jefferson, New York

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to provide care for a 6-year-old male pediatric patient with complex medical needs. The patient has a G-tube and a history of liver transplant. He is non-verbal and non-ambulatory and requires full assistance with activities of daily living.

Additional care needs include G-tube feedings and medication administration, assistance with hand and ankle splints, and support with vision needs, including the use of glasses and an eye patch.

Shifts Avail:
DAYS: Saturday and Sunday 7am - 3pm or 7am - 7pm
EVES: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4pm - 11pm
OVERNIGHTS: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 11pm - 7am or 7pm - 7am

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
