This role serves as a key link between customers, suppliers, and channel partners, driving end-to-end business development and sales execution within the IBM software ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, while ensuring strong revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The position requires building deep, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across vendor and partner organizations. You will also play an active role in enabling channel partners, improving sales performance, and supporting technical and commercial discussions. Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will contribute directly to market expansion and strategic supplier initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role where commercial acumen, execution discipline, and relationship management are essential.
- Drive execution of supplier and vendor strategies by implementing targeted business development initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners and vendor stakeholders to support business growth and collaboration.
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations including credit management, order processing, and accounts receivable collections.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and inventory coordination to ensure strong operational and sales performance.
- Support market expansion efforts by learning from senior team members and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance sales capabilities through coaching, enablement, and hands-on deal support.
- Coordinate with suppliers to organize technical and sales training on new products and technologies.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or channel management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and a local language, with the ability to clearly convey and present information.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals with mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Basic analytical, mathematical, and data entry skills with proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to stakeholder needs and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50%) and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
