Shipping Clerk – 1st Shift
Medicoil | Lake Geneva, WI
Medicoil is looking for a reliable Shipping Clerk to join our team on 1st shift. In this role, you will prepare finished products for shipment while ensuring orders are packaged, labeled and processed accurately and efficiently.

Job Summary:
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing products for shipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform counting, packing, and labeling to meet customer specifications
- Verify all products are labeled and packaged completely and correctly
- Locate parts either in the shipping department and on the production floor, along with requesting parts to be inspected if necessary.
- Process parts for shipment, to be sent to outside service or to be put into inventory
- Abide by all Medicoil Spring policies and procedures as stated in the Employee Handbook and safety standards and requirements.
- Follow Medicoil Quality Workmanship Guidelines.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to read and follow written work instructions
- Able to use and operate scanning devices.
- Verify products meet order requirements.
- Verify all products is labeled and packaged completely and correctly.
- Ability to drive a forklift. (Possibly a standup model)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Flexible to perform all duties associated with the Shipping Department.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Preferred manufacturing experience
- Basic computer knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
