  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal account teams to ensure consistent execution of client strategies and service excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy, health plan, managed care, or PBM environments, ideally working with payer, employer, or government health programs
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit administration, including health plan operations, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial markets
  • Proven experience managing complex client relationships and leading cross-functional account initiatives
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing contracts, renewals, and account-level performance metrics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data tools for analysis and reporting
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to approximately 25%)
Benefits:
