- Partner with product, design, and growth teams to define research priorities and support strategic decision-making through user insights.
- Design and conduct qualitative and mixed-methods research studies to address key product and business questions.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product development and strategy.
- Coach and support designers and cross-functional partners in applying research best practices.
- Identify gaps in research operations and contribute to improving tools, processes, and documentation.
- Help establish scalable research frameworks that enhance knowledge sharing and insight accessibility across teams.
- Champion a user-centered culture by ensuring customer insights are consistently integrated into product decisions.
- Support continuous discovery efforts to better understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure research outputs are effectively used in decision-making processes.
- 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Research, ideally within B2C digital products or marketplace environments.
- Strong expertise in qualitative research methods, with experience in mixed-methods approaches.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights that drive product and business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across product, design, and leadership teams.
- Experience coaching or mentoring designers or cross-functional colleagues on research practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage end-to-end research projects independently.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with evolving priorities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define structure in early-stage or undefined problem spaces.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for user-centered design and building scalable research practices.
