This role serves as a strategic HR advisor supporting large, complex client groups in the healthcare revenue cycle management space. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership, helping translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives that improve engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The position blends consulting, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with managers and employees across multiple sites to support talent needs and foster a positive, high-performance culture. This is a highly collaborative and visible role requiring strong influence, communication, and problem-solving skills. It offers the opportunity to shape workforce strategies that directly impact both employee experience and patient outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Support workforce planning initiatives including talent management, learning and development, succession planning, compensation guidance, and employee engagement strategies.
- Analyze HR and operational data (e.g., turnover, engagement, performance metrics) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR systems while ensuring compliance and consistency across client groups.
- Collaborate with managers and HR teams to design and deliver organizational development initiatives that improve team effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Act as a key communication bridge between leadership and employees, supporting HR updates, coaching conversations, and change management efforts.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns and supporting fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist experience supporting large employee populations.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CRCR) required.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and workforce management principles.
- Experience supporting large-scale organizations (2,500+ employees) with complex, multi-site environments.
- Proficiency with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into action.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare or regulated industries and exposure to organizational change initiatives.
