- Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Help define and refine early-stage sales processes, CRM structures, and scalable revenue operations frameworks.
- Collaborate with product teams to bring customer insights (“voice of the customer”) into roadmap discussions and product improvements.
- Represent the organization across sales channels as a key external-facing ambassador and cybersecurity solution expert.
- Contribute to building a repeatable sales motion for MDR and endpoint security solutions in the SMB and commercial segments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years in senior cybersecurity sales roles with proven quota attainment.
- Strong expertise in selling Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Managed Detection and Response (MDR), or extended detection solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building pipeline and scaling sales efforts in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
- Experience working with technical buyers and navigating complex security sales cycles.
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and comfort in undefined, fast-evolving environments.
- Remote-first role based in the United States
- Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
- Opportunity to be a foundational member of a growing cybersecurity sales team
- High ownership role with direct impact on strategy, product direction, and revenue growth
- Exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity and InsurSec innovation
- Collaborative startup environment with strong executive access
- Career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling organization
- Dynamic, mission-driven culture focused on protecting SMBs from cyber threats.
