About This Position
Position Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st shift
Job ID: 138907
Warehouse Support Team Member
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Support Team Member to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly. If you like staying busy, working with a team, and being part of the action behind the scenes-this one's for you.
This role is key to making sure materials move where they need to go, shipments go out on time, and inventory stays accurate. You'll be working across shipping, receiving, and production support, using systems like Syspro and MES.
What You'll Do:
• Move materials between production, storage, and shipping areas
• Pick and verify orders using system-generated pick lists
• Prepare shipments (palletizing, labeling, weighing, staging)
• Process small parcel shipments using carrier systems
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
• Record all inventory movements in Syspro and MES
• Handle and relocate non-conforming materials
• Double-check shipment counts, weights, and paperwork
• Help train and support new team members
• Work closely with your team to hit shipping and inventory goals
What You'll Need:
• Forklift experience (certification or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math skills (nothing crazy-counting, weighing, etc.)
• Ability to read and write in English
Work Environment:
You'll be working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature changes-so not exactly a spa day, but a solid, active work environment.
Safety & Equipment:
Safety gear is required, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest. You'll be working with forklifts, scanners, shipping systems, and other warehouse equipment.
Preferred (but not required):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience with Syspro, MES, or similar systems
If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect.
