We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Responsibilities include however are not limited to:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and welcoming
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and operational needs

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
