Responsibilities

The Credentialed Trainer, applying the capacity to adapt to diverse and sometimes challenging classroom environments, conducts end user training classes for Norton Healthcare employees in both the clinical and business areas. The role maintains classroom materials and record classroom attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS) and assist the Principal Trainer in creating, updating and evaluating course materials. This may include printed materials and various electronic delivery methods. Credentialed Trainers may be required to cross credential among modules based on need.

Qualifications

Required:

• With Associate Degree: One year facilitating adult education, instructional design and curriculum delivery in a classroom setting
• Without Associate Degree: Three years facilitating adult education instructional design and curriculum delivery in a classroom setting

Desired:

• With Associate degree:One year facilitating adult education in a clinical setting; One year training in an Epic enterprise implementation or Epic installation environment
• Without Associate degree:Three years facilitating adult education in a clinical setting; Three years training in an Epic enterprise implementation or Epic installation environment
• Bachelor Degree
• EPIC Certification
