Lot Technician at Performance Lexus – Cincinnati, Ohio

Compensation:

• $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour (Experience-Based)
• This Position is Full-Time

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Off Saturday and Sunday!!

As a Lot Technician, you will keep our lot organized, clean, and welcoming. Manage vehicle inventory, prepare cars for display, and support the dealership’s success with your attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain lot cleanliness and vehicle appearance.
• Move and organize vehicle inventory.
• Tag vehicles and ensure cosmetic standards.
• Deliver vehicles for service and customer pickup prep.
• Maintain and track vehicle keys.
• Coordinate with team and departments.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Able to work in all weather and perform physical tasks.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Automotive experience a plus; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
