Responsibilities:

• Must oversee daily operations during your assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality beverage production.
• Must coordinate employee schedules and supervise batching, filling, and packaging activities.
• Must stay active on the production floor, provide hands-on training, and follow up to ensure operators are properly trained on their machines.
• Evaluate employee performance and give recommendations for coaching or corrective action when needed.
• Must troubleshoot production line issues and direct maintenance teams when required.
• Monitor changeovers for different bottle sizes and packaging, ensuring correct materials, packaging formats, and coding are used.
• Must review daily operator reports for accuracy, including raw material usage, waste, quality checks, sanitation, and other assigned logs.
• Complete an end of shift report covering mechanical issues, production counts, attendance concerns, and anything affecting line efficiency.
• Must respond effectively to emergencies, injuries, or employee issues and communicate outcomes to management and HR.
• Promote a strong safety culture and report unsafe conditions, equipment problems, or hazards immediately.
• Maintain clear communication with coworkers, supervisors, and management.
• Must keep the work area clean and safe by following GMPs, SQF, HACCP, LOTO, and general safety standards.
• Must keep documentation accurate, neat, and organized.
• Must follow all good manufacturing practices.
• Must ensure food safety and product quality by following company rules and regulatory guidelines.
• Must participate in ongoing training related to safety, equipment, and job duties.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
• These duties are essential and must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Bottle Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
• Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
