Position Summary and Essential Functions:

Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual to support the coordination and execution of training initiatives for mission-driven community lenders.

This role will primarily support OFN’s cohort-based credit training programs, including the development, launch, and execution of a new mission-driven credit training program scheduled to launch in autumn 2026. The Associate will play a key role in supporting program logistics, participant experience, and content coordination for live and on-demand credit training offerings. This includes assisting with the creation, maintenance, and updating of on-demand training content via OFN’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital tools.

Over time, this role will also support additional cohort-based learning programs, including an emerging leaders training program expected to launch in late 2026-early 2027 as part of a new CDFI Leadership Institute that will come online in Q4 2026.

As part of OFN’s Development Services team, this role will also provide logistical, operational, and content support across a broader portfolio of practitioner-facing programs, as needed. This may include assisting with preparation and delivery of signature in-person events, supporting virtual peer learning communities, and contributing to content development for OFN’s practitioner resource library and related learning platforms.
