Senior Program Manager, Commercial

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager, Commercial in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of creative operations, program leadership, and strategic portfolio management within a fast-moving, high-visibility environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the health, allocation, and performance of a complex creative portfolio, ensuring that people, time, and budget are optimally balanced across multiple initiatives. Acting as both a strategic operator and hands-on program leader, you will step in to drive execution on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a broader view of portfolio efficiency. The role requires strong judgment to know when to zoom out to manage capacity and when to dive deep into delivery execution. You will collaborate closely with creative, production, marketing, and finance stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities. This is a highly dynamic position where operational rigor and creative understanding directly influence large-scale business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

Own end-to-end oversight of a creative portfolio, managing the allocation and optimization of people, time, and budget across campaigns to ensure balanced workload, efficiency, and delivery excellence.

  • Monitor portfolio health and proactively adjust scope, resources, and priorities to mitigate risks, prevent burnout, and maintain operational stability.
  • Lead complex, high-visibility programs that span multiple creative disciplines, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain structured program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and governance routines to support execution.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and forecasting models to provide leadership with visibility into capacity, utilization, and financial performance.
  • Design and evolve portfolio management frameworks for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate company objectives into operational plans while driving continuous improvement in creative operations and workflows.
Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in creative operations, production management, program management, or studio operations within fast-paced, high-volume environments.

  • Proven experience managing both portfolio-level oversight and end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong background in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational optimization across creative or marketing organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise with program management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to model trade-offs, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining clarity, structure, and execution excellence under pressure.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation aligned with US market ranges (approximately 147,000 – 185,500 USD depending on location)
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity grants
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage
  • Flexible work model supporting remote-first collaboration and work-life balance
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays and personal leave
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions
  • Parental leave and family support benefits
  • Employee wellness, assistance, and development programs
  • Equity participation through annual refresh grants and long-term incentives
