Job description:
NOW HIRING NOW: Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) & Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs) — $30/hr
Because someone’s got to keep traffic in check (and look great doing it in high-vis).
Are you the type who likes to take charge — literally? Do you enjoy working outdoors, keeping crews safe, and mastering the art of the perfect stop/slow wave? Then Glen Traffic wants YOU on our team!
If you are looking to work on a long term project, (starting soon), and live in Saanich, or surrounding areas, please apply. We are looking for TCPs and LCTs with a minimum of 1 year experience in traffic control.
Glen Traffic Solutions is looking to make a team of experienced Traffic Control Workers for the area of Saanich.
What We Offer:
- $30/hour — because your focus and patience deserve respect.
- Outdoor work — sunshine, fresh air, no cubicles.
- Team support — we’ve got your back (and your cones).
- Real experience — every day’s a new adventure in keeping BC moving safely
What You Bring:
- Valid TCP certification with at least 1 year of experience.
- A positive attitude — grumpy flaggers need not apply.
- Reliability — showing up on time keeps the roads (and your crew) moving.
- The ability to stay cool when someone insists they’re “just turning right.”
Why You'll Love It Here: At Glen Traffic, we take safety seriously — but we also believe in good laughs, great teamwork, and treating every crew member with respect. You’ll be part of a family that values what you do and makes every shift count.
So, if you’re ready to grab your paddle, hit the road, and keep BC moving safely — we’d love to hear from you!
