We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lead In-House Cleaner to join our Facilities team.

This is a working lead position, meaning you’ll not only complete cleaning tasks but also help coordinate and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met across multiple properties.

• Schedule may vary based on property needs and priorities

Cleaning & Property Upkeep (40%)

• Maintain cleanliness of interior common areas and shared spaces
• Uphold Uptown’s high standards across all assigned properties

Work Orders & Productivity (30%)

• Complete assigned janitorial service requests efficiently and professionally
• Prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness

Team Coordination & Oversight (10%)

• Assist the Facilities & Operations Manager with coordinating cleaning activities
• Perform inspections and spot checks across properties
• Serve as a point of contact for cleaning-related needs

Additional Responsibilities (20%)

• Support team members with work orders as needed
• Travel between properties to complete tasks
• Utilize internal systems to track work orders and time allocation

• 2+ years of janitorial or cleaning experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
