This is a high-impact sales leadership role responsible for driving enterprise growth across a strategic consumer-focused vertical within a fast-scaling SaaS organization. You will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, guiding regional strategy, pipeline execution, and revenue performance. The role blends hands-on deal leadership with broader organizational responsibility, including talent development and go-to-market execution. You will engage directly with senior executives at large enterprise accounts, positioning complex software solutions that enable better decision-making and business outcomes. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for someone who excels in building high-performing teams, managing sophisticated sales cycles, and consistently delivering against aggressive revenue targets. You will play a key role in expanding market presence while shaping customer relationships at the highest level.
- Lead and manage a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue targets and drive consistent performance
- Oversee full sales cycle execution, balancing short-term deal closure with long-term pipeline development
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting sessions, and performance meetings to ensure disciplined execution
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture
- Engage directly with enterprise clients and prospects, including C-level stakeholders, to support strategic deal execution
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with broader organizational goals
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates to ensure quota attainment
- Drive demand generation initiatives and support customer acquisition and expansion efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and customer value delivery
Requirements:
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams
- Proven success selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions at the enterprise level, including C-suite engagement
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue quotas in complex sales environments
- Strong experience in territory planning, pipeline management, and regional sales execution
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales teams using structured methodologies (MEDDICC preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to position complex solutions in a value-driven way
- Experience selling into finance, operations, or enterprise business functions is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
