This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of enterprise systems, supply chain operations, and digital transformation, with responsibility for shaping and delivering the ERP supply chain strategy across multiple critical business domains. The role oversees key value streams including purchase-to-pay, tax, transportation, and travel within a complex, large-scale organization. It blends strategic vision with operational execution, requiring the ability to define multi-year roadmaps while ensuring day-to-day system performance and service excellence. The position plays a central role in driving major ERP transformation initiatives, including large-scale system migrations and enterprise deployments. It also demands strong financial and operational discipline to ensure performance within budget while optimizing resources and priorities. As a highly collaborative leadership role, it requires close partnership with senior stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business needs and drive innovation across the enterprise.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute a 3–5 year ERP supply chain strategy across key domains including purchase-to-pay, tax, transportation, and travel
  • Lead end-to-end ERP transformation initiatives, including system migrations, platform modernization, and enterprise deployments
  • Balance BUILD, RUN, and INNOVATE responsibilities, ensuring both operational excellence and long-term strategic evolution
  • Oversee daily ERP operations, ensuring system reliability, process efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation initiatives, including automation, process optimization, and emerging technology adoption
  • Manage financial performance, ensuring adherence to budget while making strategic prioritization and capacity decisions
  • Lead resource planning and demand management to support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives and project pipelines
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align ERP roadmaps with business priorities and technology needs
  • Ensure successful delivery of critical projects and service commitments across the ERP supply chain ecosystem
  • Mentor, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability and growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field with 14+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience in ERP systems and enterprise supply chain processes, particularly purchase-to-pay value streams
  • Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale teams in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong experience engaging with executive stakeholders (VP level and above) to define technology and business roadmaps
  • Deep knowledge of ERP platforms, with preference for SAP MM module expertise
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs and system migrations
  • Familiarity with Lean management principles is a plus
  • Exposure to AI-driven initiatives and digital transformation efforts is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
