Position Requirements:
What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial HVAC markets
- Evaluate client needs and design customized HVAC solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams for accurate and feasible solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and system assessments
- Deliver professional presentations to decision-makers
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to close profitable deals
- Track sales activity and maintain pipeline reports
- Stay current on HVAC technologies, industry trends, and local codes
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales, estimating, or engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical principles
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close deals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with AutoCAD or estimating software is a plus
