- Ensure consistent delivery of construction phases including design coordination, procurement, bidding, contractor selection, execution, and handover.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, and engineering to align construction delivery with business and customer requirements.
- Drive vendor and contractor relationships, including qualification, performance management, and long-term partnership development.
- Provide executive-level reporting, cost analysis, and strategic insights to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10–15+ years of experience in construction management, including leadership of large-scale, multi-site projects; 15–20 years preferred.
- Strong expertise in data center construction or similarly complex, mission-critical infrastructure environments.
- Deep knowledge of CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems and execution.
- Proven experience managing capital budgets, cost estimation, forecasting, and financial performance of large construction programs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting abilities.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments with frequent travel requirements (up to 50–75%).
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- Paid time off and additional paid leave programs
