Commercial Lender- Iowa City/Cedar Rapids at BANK – Coralville, Iowa

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to help expand our presence in the Iowa City market, with some activity in Cedar Rapids. This role focuses heavily on business development and relationship growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new commercial banking relationships in the Iowa City area (C&I and CRE focus)
• Source and grow both credit and deposit opportunities
• Build and maintain strong ties within the local business community
• Partner with internal credit and operations teams to ensure high-quality loan structuring and portfolio management
• Represent the bank professionally at community and industry events

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of in-market commercial lending experience or in-market commercial credit experience
• Strong understanding of C&I and CRE lending
• Proven business development and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids business markets
