Job Summary:
The Plant Manager is responsible for the daily production operations of the laundry facility, overseeing employees across production, warehouse, and maintenance departments. This role monitors production flow, controls costs, maintains quality standards, and manages product inventory. Managerial responsibilities include staffing, transfers, promotions, coaching, training, performance evaluations, and terminations.

As a Plant Manager, You Will:

• Oversee daily production operations of the laundry facility to ensure efficient, safe, and timely processing
• Manage and lead employees across production, warehouse, and maintenance departments
• Monitor production flow and adjust staffing or processes to meet operational demands
• Control operating costs while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with established procedures
• Manage and regulate product inventory, including tracking usage and minimizing waste
• Plan and oversee staffing needs, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Provide coaching, training, and development to employees to support performance and growth
• Conduct employee performance reviews and address performance or conduct issues
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a production environment
• Experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlines
• Production-line scheduling experience
• Staff scheduling and workforce planning experience
• Lean management experience utilizing computer-based controls
• Growth-oriented and career-minded mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferred
