Responsibilities

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our Salesforce team, supporting approximately 900 business users across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering Service, Finance, and Customer Operations. In this role, you will design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business needs, and stay current with the evolving Salesforce ecosystem. Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) is required. Experience with Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Order Management is a plus.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce initiatives aligned with business capabilities.
  • Architect and document custom Salesforce solutions; communicate concepts visually and in writing for decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize integrations and process flows with enterprise applications; maintain accurate interface maps.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers; mentor administrators and analysts to ensure quality delivery.
  • Establish and enforce best practices and governance for secure, scalable solutions; review and recommend improvements.
  • Support project activities for customizations and development, including prototyping for requirements gathering.
  • Maintain deep understanding of sales and order operations; stay current on Salesforce technologies and trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience delivering solutions in Sales, Marketing, or Service Clouds with strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
  • Salesforce Designer and/or Architecture certifications preferred; PMP certification a plus.

Skills & Competencies
  • Expertise in sales operations, order management, and customer service processes; SME in Salesforce configuration and workflows.
  • Strong Apex development and enterprise integration experience; ability to quickly create Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools (Flows); strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build inclusive relationships across teams.
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset and awareness of Salesforce trends.
