We are seeking a Deep Clean Porter who is familiar with proper cleaning procedures and comfortable using various cleaning and sanitation chemicals. The ideal candidate can work independently with a high level of attention to detail.

• Ensures that the proper supplies are present for shift (garbage bags, gloves, chemicals, supplies)
• Operate, monitor, and maintain all equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Remove and clean all mats and return them to specified areas when dry.
• Notify management when cleaning supplies need to be ordered, or if equipment is not working properly.
• Observe safety policies and procedures including but not limited to safe lifting and proper chemical storage, and usage, posting correct signage/cones in freshly mopped areas, proper ladder use.
• Follow detailed instructions delivered by management.
• Able to work independently while adhering to the cleaning schedule.
• Deep cleans interior walls, baseboards, flooring, and side wood paneling according to posted schedule.
• Deep cleans lighting fixtures and wall-mounted electronics and displays according to posted schedule.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the restaurant.
• Ensures that the restaurant has the requisite amounts of the above to avoid service interruptions.
• Ensures there are adequate number of carts for transport of dirty dishes and utensils.
• Assist with clearing of tables as needed.
• Breaks down and properly dispose of empty boxes/cardboard.
• Takes out trash from back of house areas as needed.
• Assists with putting food shipments away as needed.
• Adheres to all departmental, health, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance
• Mobility to move throughout all casino areas; ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, push/pull equipment, and safely use ladders
• Comfortable working in a noisy, smoky casino environment
