About This Position
Staff Engineer
Our client builds AI Digital Workers for financial compliance teams.
Their agents investigate alerts, review customers and transactions, and generate audit-ready narratives so banks and fintechs can move faster with far less manual work.
The founding team has built and sold companies before, with over $300M in collective value creation. Theyve raised $6.2M in seed funding and are growing from 8 to 15 teammates. Theyre backed by Diagram Ventures, Mistral Ventures, and Uphonest Capital.
Theyre still a small team and this is a core product engineering role. Youll own large pieces of the product end-to-end, work directly with the founders, and ship straight to production for leading banks and fintechs.
Theyre looking for people of exceptional competence who want to help build the future of AI-driven financial compliance.

Integrate with data providers. Build agents that interact with customers. Ship new features daily in Python. Make lots of decisions quickly. Take risks.
What you bring to the table
Exceptional proficiency building products full stack. A pragmatic approach to building fast at the early stages of a company. Familiarity and deep interest in the rapidly changing capabilities of LLMs. Interest in discovering what problems their customers face and how they can solve them. A sense of agency and urgency.
