The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the Bob Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications to teach a section on Organizational Behaviour in the Winter 2026 term.

All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.
QUALIFICATIONS- An MBA degree or a relevant Master’s degree.
- Significant capability in the area of Organizational Behaviour as evidenced by directly related work experience, and/or published research, and teaching in that area.
Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:
- Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations;
- Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System
