- Drive growth in the Snack category by leveraging market knowledge, industry insights, and customer relationships
- Champion the application of foundational technologies to create layered, value-added solutions
- Collaborate with leadership, commercial sales, and technical teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Act as the customer advocate internally, ensuring their needs inform strategy, demos, troubleshooting, and solution development
- Identify innovation opportunities aligned with market trends and customer feedback
- Develop business cases for new solutions that support category growth objectives
- Partner with marketing and technology teams to communicate value effectively and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
- Monitor performance and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure impact
- BS/MS/PhD in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong technical background in snack applications and flavor development
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial B2B food and beverage or private label industry
- Proven track record of leading customer-facing technical engagements
- Ability to manage and drive complex projects across multiple business functions
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, with a customer-centric mindset
