- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise and mid-market opportunities in Germany
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned with growth targets
- Lead full-cycle sales processes for enterprise SaaS tax and compliance solutions
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive strategic conversations and influence decision-making
- Collaborate with teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize market strategies
- Proactively identify market trends and drive innovation within your territory
- 7+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in tax or compliance
- Proven success in hunting and closing new business opportunities
- Experience selling to senior Finance, Tax, or IT stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and the tax technology landscape
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
