- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from scoping to implementation.
- Provide leadership in migrating legacy applications to cloud platforms in a secure environment.
- Oversee project execution and contractor-assigned projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and budget targets are met.
- Serve as a liaison between technical staff and business aspects of projects.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
- Track and report project progress, metrics, and alignment with deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Eight years of experience in project management, including managing development teams.
- Proven experience in federal government projects.
- Public Trust suitability determination required.
