- Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
- Gather data on trends and prepare reports for comparative analysis.
- Store and organize documents and files efficiently.
- Conduct data entry, including preparing lead lists and meeting minutes.
- Research products and manage procurement processes.
- Maintain information for marketing and sales campaigns through a CRM.
- Monitor projects and facilitate internal communications.
- Coordinate team calendars and ensure meeting preparedness.
- Prepare travel itineraries and logistics.
- Manage incoming calls and email correspondence.
- Synthesize data into cohesive reports and presentations.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree or certificate course (required).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech savvy and familiar with modern tools and software.
- Proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office).
