Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companiesUpper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skillsStrong analytical skillsExperience in collection and elaboration of requirementsExperience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise formExperience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypesBasic knowledge of software architecture and microservicesAdvanced knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formatsUnderstanding of web and mobile application development processesSelf-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills Preferred SkillsGood knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq (or similar)Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketingPre-sale experienceExperience in video related features/products will be a plus Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteriaSupport the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirementsParticipate in the development and enhancement of Ajax VideoContinuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challengesPerforming analysis of competitorsCheck that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goalsAid in testing of a product
