You will develop and lead a high-performing recruiting team focused on hiring non-technical roles across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Your strategic approach will help align talent acquisition with business goals, ensuring a consistent execution of hiring plans. - Develop and lead a high-performing GTM & G&A Recruiting team, ensuring clarity of roles and consistent execution as the company scales
- Partner with Business leaders and the Head of Talent to own headcount planning, hiring forecasts, and reporting across GTM and business functions
- Define, track, and drive success against team metrics and hiring goals using data to inform decisions and improvements
- Personally lead and support critical executive and senior-level hires, ensuring a high talent bar and well-managed candidate experience
- Drive foundational recruiting projects and team improvement initiatives to support rapid growth
- 8+ years of hands-on recruiting experience owning GTM and business hiring across high-growth startups and established organizations
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Proven people manager who sets clear expectations, runs regular performance management, and coaches recruiters
- Deep experience owning headcount plans, hiring forecasts, and executive-ready reporting
- Demonstrated success leading and closing executive and senior leadership searches
- Strongly analytical and operational, using data to drive improvements in speed, quality, and candidate experience
- International recruiting experience, especially in Canada and LATAM, is highly preferred
- Estimated base salary range: $200,000 - $230,000 depending on experience and location
