You'll play a vital part in empowering women through your designs, focusing on comfort, usability, and fit in intimate apparel. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of mothers, enabling them to feel confident and supported during their journey.Accountabilities
- Collaborate with design team to translate concepts into actionable tech packs.
- Create comprehensive tech packs including specifications and materials.
- Lead fittings with design and production teams for final fit approval.
- Monitor fit approval process for timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain detailed documentation of tech packs and garment specifications.
- Communicate with vendors to clarify technical specifications and resolve issues.
- Conduct quality assurance evaluations during bulk production.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Design, especially in intimates.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction methods and pattern making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PLM systems, Asana, Slack, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Remote flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.
