• Assist experienced roofers with installations, repairs, and prep work.

• Safely move, lift, and stage roofing materials on-site.

• Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites at all times.

• Follow safety protocols and company standards daily.

• Learn and apply skills across multiple roofing systems: tile, shingle, flat, and more.

• Represent the company professionally around homeowners and other trades.

• 1+ year of roofing or construction experience preferred (but not required).

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced roofers.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.

• Physically fit and comfortable working on roofs.

• Able to travel to job sites throughout Los Angeles.

• Professional demeanorespecially in high-end, occupied residential environments.
