Position Title: Operator/Furnace Technician

Location: Pineville, North Carolina

st shift. The pay range is $21 - $26/hr depending on experience.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing, equipment operation, field service, or mechanical assembly
• Ability to understand and strictly follow SOPs and defined processes
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with consistency
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and professional attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
• Furnace, heat-treat, or vacuum furnace experience is a plus but not required

What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Technician – Operator (Furnace Tech) support furnace production operations.

• Load, unload, inspect, and monitor ELNIK vacuum furnaces
• Stage metal injection molded and additive-manufactured parts for rebind and furnace processing
• Empty furnaces, prepare equipment, and load subsequent production runs
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and assist with routine equipment maintenance
• Record production runs, maintenance data, and process documentation accurately
• Conduct visual inspections, settering, packaging, and staging for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work independently for extended periods while meeting production schedules
• Support shipping, staging, and other production-related tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety protocols and encourage a safety-first mindset
