What You’ll Do

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Growth is responsible for the performance of our regional growth teams (NEMs, and CEMs). S/He will be accountable for delivering growth targets across their assigned Suvida geography (TX / AZ) as well as coaching and developing Neighborhood Engagement Managers (NEMs), Neighborhood Engagement Consultants (NECs), Community Event Managers (CEM), and collaborating and working with Broker Managers (BM) at each of our centers and regions. The Senior Manager, Growth will support their teams with strategic planning, training, recruiting, expansion, and marketing program development for their area of influence. This leader should be a strong communicator who knows how to build relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization. The Senior Manager, Growth should have a history of delivering sales performance, fostering a competitive culture, and developing team members. The Senior Manager, Growth, is expected to review metrics daily, support growth initiatives, and generally ensure the Neighborhood Engagement team operates smoothly and successfully.

Responsibilities

Coach and manage team to to executeSupervise, coach, and mentor a diverse team of NEMs and a CEM and serve as primary subject matter expertRelentlessly pursue each team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coachingConduct site visits and provide feedback to teams to drive performanceSupport expansion efforts for markets including new center launch activities, hiring, and training of growth staffLead development of Neighborhood Engagement Team and Center Directors when it comes to growth related activitiesCollaborate and work with Director of Broker and Payor Engagement to support Broker managers and their strategy to find and engage the best broker partners to work with in the communityLead development of our Community Event Managers and their strategy to find and participate in the best events that drive the most growth and focus on our target audience.Personify and cultivate Suvida’s CultureDevelop Neighborhood Engagement Managers into strong, motivated growth minded people that deliver a positive work environment and are stewards of Suvida’s Culture in the community and in their centerLead Quarterly Regional Training ProgramsDevelop and execute sales strategiesDevelop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to deliver growth targets for new patient growth and managed care growthWork closely with the SVP of Growth and Growth Analyst to analyze sales data to proactively identify opportunities for each centerDevelop relationships with Field Accounts, Insurance Agents, and local influencers to support field executionDesign, execute and track impactful regional Incentive and Recognition programs with assistance from the SVP of GrowthKeep center level teams motivated in a high-pressure sales environmentExecute on Corporate Sales Initiatives within assigned regionLead regionally specific programsServe as an ambassador in the local community - build relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partnersIdentify and execute large events to support lead generationIdentify additional regional needs and partner with our shared service teams to develop programs to support regional sales effortsAssist in recruiting efforts for sales representatives and Sales Managers (primarily)Collaborate cross-functionally with population health and clinical service team membersEnsure teams understand and remain compliant on all sales activities according to CMS and Suvida guidelinesFind, recommend and assist in execution on local marketing opportunities

What You’ll Bring

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

5+ years sales leadership experienceBilingual (Spanish) Required Minimum 3 years direct B2C sales experienceSignificant track record of delivering sales resultsExperience managing a team (5+ direct reports) as well as recruiting and developing managers and individual contributorsExperience Managing Regional ProgramsExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organization Strong computer skills including:Ability to create and analyze excel spreadsheetsExperience managing through a CRM system such as Salesforce or DynamicsAnalytical approach toward sales data & performanceComfort with personal sales quota in addition to management responsibilitiesStrong focus on data and analytics to drive targeted activities and return on growth effortsInclination to work in a results-oriented roleAbility to travel to centers within geography (All of Houston, Tx.)Willing to work some weekendsUS work authorizationSomeone who embodies the EPIC personality (Empathy, Patience, Integrity, and Compassion)

Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required Bachelors Degree Preferred
