About the role
We are looking for a Growth Program Manager to lead, optimize, and scale one of our most impactful acquisition channels: the referrals and incentives program. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and data and is perfect for someone motivated by driving measurable results through well-designed viral loops. You will own the strategy and execution of all referral initiatives, working cross-functionally with product, data, support, marketing and engineering to build a simple, motivating, and effective referral experience. You'll define KPIs, identify opportunities, test new ideas and drive sustainable growth for Félix.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of Félix’s referral and incentives program.
  • Define and monitor key metrics, including conversion rate, virality (K-factor), LTV/CAC, and referral activation.
  • Partner with CRM & Lifecycle, Product and Data teams to design, run, and analyze experiments that improve program performance.
  • Develop new referral mechanics tailored to user behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with marketing/branding to align messaging, creatives, and awareness campaigns around the program.
  • Identify and remove friction in the user experience that affects referral activation or reward redemption.
  • Work closely with the support team to gather insights, understand user issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure the program is scalable and sustainable by continuously evaluating efficiency and cost-benefit.


Requirements
  • Experience in Product or Operations, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital user journeys, integrations, and conversion optimization.
  • High autonomy and ability to prioritize, make decisions, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with funnels, cohorts, LTV/CAC, and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to generate hypotheses, analyze data, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, support, and engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.


Bonus Points
  • Experience working on referral, incentive, or promotional programs.
  • Experience managing growth initiatives or designing viral loops.
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohorts, LTV analysis)
  • Experience with Talon One Promotions tool.
