Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense Attorney Hybrid remote - 125k to 170k - DC, MD, VA

Founded over 20 years ago, we are a corporate law firm, employing over 40 attorneys and representing both domestic and international clients in sophisticated corporate and securities transactions, insurance defense and coverage, secured and unsecured lending transactions, PIPEs, general corporate matters, litigation, tax and intellectual property matters.

Job duties:

Hybrid remote work, we have offices throughout DC, MD, and VA. Our primary offices are located in DC and Baltimore.

Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.

Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations.

Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.

Required:

DC and/or MD bar (bonus points for VA bar)

Recent experience in insurance defense
