This role is responsible for leading high-impact programs across sales operations, translating complex initiatives into clear, actionable guidance for frontline teams. The Lead Program Manager will design and execute strategic communications, change management, and enablement efforts that drive adoption, productivity, and measurable business outcomes. They will collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, and GTM leaders to align priorities, create scalable frameworks, and ensure initiatives deliver meaningful results. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to simplify complexity for field teams. The Lead Program Manager will play a critical role in shaping the execution of operational and GTM programs that directly impact revenue and team effectiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end communication and change management strategy for key operational and go-to-market initiatives
- Translate complex programs into clear, rep-ready messaging that drives understanding, adoption, and behavior change
- Partner with Sales Operations, Technical Teams, and GTM leaders to ensure alignment between program goals and field execution
- Design and deliver engaging enablement experiences, such as roadshows and interactive sessions, to accelerate time-to-productivity
- Build scalable communication frameworks that improve global rollout efficiency and speed-to-ROI
- Establish feedback loops to identify adoption blockers, inform iteration, and optimize program impact
- Define and track success metrics for adoption, engagement, and revenue outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or product launches, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of sales operations and GTM processes, with direct experience supporting sales teams preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, able to distill complex initiatives into actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders
- Experience designing and executing change management, enablement, or adoption strategies
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and iterating based on insights
- Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing and executing multiple high-impact initiatives
- Ability to influence stakeholders across frontline teams and senior leadership, fostering alignment and collaboration
- Nice-to-have: experience with global rollouts, organizational change initiatives, or building new programs from the ground up
