Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will assist patients with daily living activities and provide essential support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with meal setup, feeding, and hydration as needed
• Maintain clean and safe patient environments
• Document care provided according to facility policies
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance procedures

Qualifications:

• Current, valid CNA certification in [State]
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (or required, depending on facility)
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Schedule:
