This role is a senior strategic position focused on driving people strategy across Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, partnering closely with executive leaders to align talent and organizational initiatives with business goals. The People Business Partner Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management. You will combine high-level strategic insight with hands-on execution to build scalable people systems that support rapid growth and operational excellence. The role offers the opportunity to shape leadership effectiveness, influence business outcomes, and strengthen organizational capability in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. Success requires balancing strategic influence with practical implementation, leveraging data to inform decisions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and executive coach to senior leaders, including C-level and VP-level stakeholders, on leadership effectiveness, organizational dynamics, and performance expectations
- Partner with managers to enhance team capability, execute performance management, and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Lead organizational design, transformation, and change management efforts to enable scale and execution velocity
- Drive workforce planning to align talent strategy with business growth, productivity, and capability needs
- Identify operational gaps, recommend scalable solutions, and implement processes to support organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional partners to ensure people systems and hiring strategies meet business objectives
- Use data and insights to influence executive decisions and proactively identify organizational risks
Requirements:
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, with significant exposure to GTM functions
- Demonstrated ability to advise, influence, and partner with executive and senior leadership teams
- Expertise in organizational design, executive coaching, and leading change initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect people strategy to measurable business outcomes
- Experience in building scalable people systems in rapidly growing organizations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, balancing vision with execution
